    Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Available online or face-to-face depending on location.

    From £85

CBT is a structured, collaborative, and time-limited therapy that focuses on the links between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. It’s an evidence-based approach recommended by the NHS and NICE guidelines for treating a wide range of issues, including:

    Anxiety and panic attacks

    Depression

    Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

    Social anxiety

    Low self-esteem

    Health anxiety

Together, we will explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools to break unhelpful cycles. Sessions are tailored to your goals, and progress is regularly reviewed to ensure therapy stays focused and effective.

    Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR)

Available online or face-to-face depending on location.

    From £95

EMDR is a transformative psychotherapy developed for the treatment of trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and has since been adapted for a wide range of emotional difficulties. It helps reprocess distressing memories so they are no longer emotionally disruptive.

EMDR is particularly helpful if you:

Have experienced past trauma or abuse

Struggle with flashbacks, nightmares, or intrusive thoughts

    Feel “stuck” despite talking therapies

Experience chronic shame, guilt, or anxiety related to past events

The process does not involve retelling your story in detail, but rather uses bilateral stimulation (often eye movements) to help your brain process and integrate these memories in a safe, contained way.
