I had a lot of personal struggles when I first met with Claire who was patient and kind to help me to continue to uncover a lot of patterns in my behaviour and improve how I see myself. She also allowed me to grow by making connections with a lot of my patterns I thought were isolated and help me make manageable solutions to work through emotions and anxiety.
