Whether your team is navigating high-pressure deadlines, adapting to change, or simply needing space to pause and reset, I offer evidence-based mindfulness and compassion programmes designed to support healthier, more sustainable ways of working.

As a BABCP-accredited Senior CBT and EMDR Psychotherapist with over a decade’s experience in the NHS and third sector, I bring an approach that is clinically grounded, trauma-informed, and genuinely human. My sessions draw from Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help people cultivate presence, resilience and emotional balance at work.

These are not corporate “quick fixes.” They are practical, reflective, and accessible sessions that help teams reconnect with themselves and each other in meaningful ways.

What I Offer

Mindfulness Taster Session (45–60 minutes)

A gentle introduction to mindfulness in the workplace, exploring stress awareness, grounding techniques, and simple practices that can be used immediately.
Fee: from £200

Half-Day Wellbeing Workshop (3–4 hours)

An immersive session combining guided practices, reflective exercises and psychological insight.
Topics may include stress, compassion, emotional regulation, workplace relationships, or resilience.
Fee: from £450

Six-Week Workplace Mindfulness Programme

Weekly sessions (45-60 min) offering a consistent space to explore mindfulness and develop sustainable wellbeing habits.
Suitable for organisations wanting longer-term culture change or deeper support.
Fee: from £900 per cohort (up to 6 participants)
Larger groups can be arranged.

Bespoke Wellbeing Programmes & Retreats

Sessions tailored to your team’s needs - from compassion-focused resilience to managing overwhelm, navigating change, or supporting staff during high-pressure periods. In-person across Sussex or online.
