Reflective Clinical Supervision

Alongside my therapy practice, I offer reflective clinical supervision for qualified therapists working with adults in private or mixed settings.

This supervision is intended as a thoughtful, contained space to reflect on clinical work, ethical questions, complexity, and the impact of the work on the therapist. It is particularly suited to practitioners who value reflective thinking rather than directive or managerial supervision.

My background

In addition to my work as a therapist, my professional background includes:

  • Acting as a source of clinical consultation within NHS psychological services, discussing cases with me for support with formulation, ethical decision-making, and complexity

  • Facilitating group supervision and reflective practice for Step 2 and Step 3 clinicians within group therapy contexts

  • Working previously as a consultant on developmental trauma, abuse, sexual violence, and exploitation, advising professionals across multiple London boroughs and later in Brighton

  • Completed supervision training with Linda Charles, with further formal supervision training currently underway

My approach to supervision is reflective, collaborative, and grounded in professional responsibility, safeguarding awareness, and sustainability in practice.
